For the major­i­ty of that time he has worked for a num­ber of busi­ness­es as an inter­im Finance Direc­tor, or lead­ing organ­i­sa­tions through peri­ods of change and process improve­ments. This has involved work­ing in large PLCs as well as SMEs, across a wide range of sectors.

Mar­tin is a Fel­low of the Cer­ti­fied Accoun­tants and has an MBA from Hen­ley Man­age­ment Col­lege. He is also an Asso­ciate Lec­tur­er at Chich­ester Uni­ver­si­ty. Pos­sess­ing a strong set of ana­lyt­i­cal and tech­ni­cal skills, Mar­tin enjoys work­ing with busi­ness own­ers look­ing to devel­op an exit strat­e­gy. His core strength is in help­ing busi­ness own­ers eval­u­ate their strate­gic options and plan successfully.
