Martin has worked as a qualified Accountant in commerce for over 30 years. For the majority of that time he has worked for a number of businesses as an interim Finance Director, or leading organisations through periods of change and process improvements. This has involved working in large PLCs as well as SMEs, across a wide range of sectors.
Martin is a Fellow of the Certified Accountants and has an MBA from Henley Management College. He is also an Associate Lecturer at Chichester University. Possessing a strong set of analytical and technical skills, Martin enjoys working with business owners looking to develop an exit strategy. His core strength is in helping business owners evaluate their strategic options and plan successfully.
Ian has over 20 years accounting experience, both in commerce and more recently in private practice. In addition, his background includes working as a General Manager for a company, giving him an all-round perspective of what it takes to run a small business.
